Text: Numbers 4:21-7:89
In Parashat (Torah Portion) Nasso, we are given the Priestly Blessing (Birkat HaCohanim). The portion also describes a mystical “trial” called the Sotah ritual through which woman accused of adultery is determined to be either guilty or innocent. In the micrography, I portray the Cohen (Priest) offering the Priestly Blessing to a woman who survived the ordeal. She offers a dove as a peace offering for demonstrating her innocence.
